Our Philosophy:
To focus the efforts of athletes to train smarter and more efficiently, while targeting defined and realistic goals. Through off-site training camps, we strive to direct, motivate and bring together like-minded people so they may benefit from concentrated workout programs, educational seminars, highly qualified coaches and the wisdom of fellow athletes. We coach people of all ages and abilities, and train in an environment that differs from one’s daily routine. In doing so, we hope to recharge and expand one's mental and physical capacities.

Perhaps like many of us, you’re not certain when the fascination with triathlons began or the decision to compete in a triathlon became an unconditional goal. Was it the first time you watched the elite athletes of the world blaze through the grueling Ironman in Kona as if it were just another day of training? Or was it when you saw weekend warriors plodding through a local triathlon with a look of determination and surprise as they were in the midst of an amazing feat? Some say, a triathlon was just another way to combine the love of three sports within one event, while others viewed the challenge of multi-sports as the ultimate antidote to a workout routine gone mundane.

While the catalyst may have been different for each, we believe that in actuality, the "moment of truth" is absolutely the same. It’s the split second when you realize that you’re capable of much more and you can actually envision a far reaching dream. It’s the recognition that up to this point, your athletic limits have been self-imposed, and that your body is an incredible machine with untapped victories. And it’s the absolute acceptance that your life will never be any different without the courage to make a real change.

A ship in the harbor is safe -- but that’s not what ships are built for.
